Chakras Meditation for balance and emotional and mental health to aid in aligning the The Chakras of the energy body

 

Upon the onset of relaxing your mind and body some see a bright white light, fog, mist, or energy ball encompassing them giving a feeling of warmth and love. One may work up or down the chakra system. Starting with one power point, said to be about the size of an orange or baseball, you see the color specifically associated with that chakra or perhaps you feel an energy ball in that location. You then visually break open or peel back the imaginary veil to that chakra.

Visualize that energy in what ever form you choose, however when you open it see the swirling energy moving in all directions in that tiny space. You can then pull energy from your toes up to that chakra with you imaginary or astral hands using your mind power, or if you prefer to pull down the energy from above your head into the crown chakra. Some do this pulling action 3 times before going to the next chakra point. At each point pull the energy up through the previously opened chakras so they all energize and work together, as they should. The analogy of a tree can be used here: The roots feed the rest of the tree thus the first chakra feeds the rest of the energy system.

Some people feel the areas become charged when this exercise is done, some don't. It is a matter of becoming in tune with the energy. You will know it in time. Just because you may not feel it at first does not mean that it is not being activated. Recognizing these points is only the first step.

If you have pain or discomfort or dis-ease associated with a chakra center you can visualize your astral hands cleaning the center with a white light/same chakra color, much like washing clothing by hand. Knead the point until it is "clean". This may also be incorporated into a regular regime for meditating and not just when you need it.

Always remember to close your power centers just as you had opened them. If they remain open you can lose energy resulting in feeling "sick", experience unbalanced symptoms and or a feeling of being drained. Breathe deeply, relax and bring your self to center again. If you did not feel the energy pulses do not despair, you will feel and see them the more you work with the chakras.
