Solar Plexus Chakra

This third chakra is your emotional power center where you take control and authority of one's self and emotions and helps project love and light into the world. When one is pure and at peace with others, all is positive. All conflicts are stopped and transformed thus facilitating learning instead of fighting. When two people quarrel (negativity) the blue-violet light turns dark. From the higher realm it is common to see blue-violet ogres over these people. The darker the light is the more hate there is. When it turns black a blockage may arise in the solar plexus center in one or both of the people.
There are differences between quarreling and confrontation: To quarrel is to make war, one attacks, feels ill treated, complains, attacks again etc. But a conflict may also result in a confrontation, where you do not quarrel but where each of the parties, from their own point of view, explains what they feel about the actual conflict or disagreement without attacking the other person. If one stands humbly to solve the conflict, love is expressed. A resolution will eventually find itself thus the chakra of both parties remain balanced.
